PFGB derby nat’l finals up at PCC

MANILA, Philippines — The PFGB National Digmaan 11-stag derby holds its finals today with more than 100 fights on tap among four to six pointers at the Pasay City Cockpit.

The grand finals, for entries with 6.5 and seven points, will be held Monday at the Smart Araneta Coliseum.

On tap are 106 matches.

Sagupaan Superfeeds and Complexor 3000 are the event’s chief backers.

Meanwhile, Edwin Lumbres (Edlum Suplang), Michael Mendoza (4 Line Candelaria) and Tady Palma (SMC Cup) scored 10 wins against one loss each to share top honors in the PCC finals last Monday.

The PFGB-Digmaan, Inc. (Pambansang Federation ng Gamefowl Breeders, Inc.) is headed by Wilson Ong.

Meanwhile, the 2017-18 cock season at the PCC starts on Dec. 22 with the PCC Smalltime three-cock derby.

Entry fee is P5,500 while the  minimum bet is P3,300.
