Jr Altas score epic three grandslams

BIñAN  , Philippines  —  The Perpetual Help Junior Altas spikers captured their third straight championship in League of Southern Metro School High School Division 1 recently, beating De La Salle Lipa, 25-18, 25-20, 25-18,  at Brent International School here. 

The Junior Altas of Caviteño coaches Sandy Rieta and Jason Sapin made a historic title mark as they captured three different titles in three consecutive years.

The Las Piñas-based tossers claimed their grandslam titles in NCAA Season 90, 91 and 92 (2015, 2016, 2017), grandslam in Palarong NCR (2015, 2016, 2017) and the LSMS (2015, 2016, 2017).

The talented Junior Altalettes also won the gold in Palarong Pambansa 2016 in Legazpi.

Their next goal is to annex their four straight title in NCAA Season 93 when the league opens on Nov. 24.

Meanwhile, Southern Side Montessori School-Rams in Muntinlupa of coaches Chicha Bautista and Lucky Nazarea won over Perpetual Help (Biñan City Campus) Saints (25-20, 21-25, 28-26, 25-18) to capture the LSMS High School Division II plum.
