Big NCA derby up at Ynares

MANILA, Philippines — The National Cockers Alliance holds its fifth stag derby today with more than 120 fights lined up at the Ynares Sports Arena in Pasig.

NCA members and a host of invited guests, led by the leading breeders-cockers in Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao are participating in the event hosted by Tommy Chua and Osang dela Cruz, Ricky Magtoto, Jun Arcilla and Femy Medina.

The event also serves as one of the last three derbies that will select this year’s NCA stag fighter of the year.

Leading the race are Binangonan BT, 419 Diego, SAP, Goldquests and Bacolor Gold Swing.

The last two NCA derbies will be held on Oct. 24 and 31.
