Ravena, Austin banner Chooks-to-Go squad in FIBA Asia Champions Cup

MANILA, Philippines — Familiar but young names will banner the country in the 2017 FIBA Asia Champions Cup.
 
Kiefer Ravena, Almond Vostros and Carl Bryan Cruz will banner Chooks-to-Go Pilipinas after their stint in the Southeast Asian Games.
 
Brothers Jeron and Jeric Teng will suit up for the same team after being rivals in the UAAP.
 
UP's Jett Manuel, FEU's Raymar Jose and Alfrancis Tamsi, and La Salle's Norbert Torres are also in the lineup.
 
Isaiah Austin, who is in the process of naturalization, and CEU's Rod Ebondo will be the team's imports.
 
Andre Paras and Gab Banal are listed as the team's reserve players.
 
The Philippines was given a wildcard slot in the tournament as replacement to Japan's SunRockers Shibuya.
 
The FIBA Asia Champions Cup will be from September 22 to September 30 in Chenzhou, China.
