LeBron James to return to Manila on Sept. 2

MANILA, Philippines – When LeBron James of the Cleveland Cavaliers visited the Philippines two years ago, he promised to return. He has no plans on reneging on it.

Fulfilling his vow, James is scheduled to fly again to Manila on September 2 to promote his Nike shoe brand while holding clinics and joining some pick-up games against local players.

According to a statement released by Nike, James will hold the “LeBron James Strive for Greatness Show” at a still undisclosed venue.

Nike will also release three shoes linked to the LeBron James Tour Manila 2017 in limited quantities from September 1 to 3.

The identity of the shoes will only be revealed 23 hours before their lunch.
