12 pace LGBA stag series

MANILA, Philippines - Twelve entries posted three victories each after two rounds of the Luzon Gamecock Breeders Association (LGBA) seven-stag derby at Pasay City Cockpit recently.

A total of 91 gamefowls vied in the two-round elims with leading entries bracing for a fierce battle for top honors in Friday’s finale of the event backed by Sagupaan Complexor 3000.

Dennis Lumpay, Jay Cupcupin, Jay Gonzales, Remigio Llarenas, Doc Ayong Lorenzo, Jojo Perez, Roger Vibal, Cito Alberto, Rico Calicdan, Nestor Vendivil, Godo Beltran and Tady Palma pace the event after their entries scored 3-0 cards each.

Meanwhile, action in the LGBA stag circuit resumes on Aug. 4, 11 and 18 with another seven-stag derby (LGBA old stags).
