Boxing Kontra Droga tonite at Elorde’s

MANILA, Philippines - The much-awaited Boxing Kontra Droga returns tonight at the Elorde Grandballroom, Elorde Sports Center on Sucat, Parañaque, starting at 6. 

Presented by businessman-sportsman Johnny Elorde in cooperation with the Rotary Club Manila Premier, the boxing promotion will feature former WBC champion Giemel Magramo of the Elorde Stable against tough John Rey Lauza of Kambal Kamao boxing stable in the top main event. Giemel will try to regain his world ranking but he needs to win this fight convincingly.

Eight-rounders will have Al Toyogan vs John Rey Logatiman and Abraham Bullagay against Albert Alcoy. Six-round bouts will feature Arvin Magramo vs Jaybee Galia and Giovanni Escaner vs Mateo Handeg. Wilbert Berondo is pitted against Jonathan Pedrosa, Argie Quiriba vs Jiro Saunoy, Christian Victoriano vs Jestoni Racuma, Arnel Balicuatro vs Antonio Reyes and Delmar Pellio vs Robin Jonor Villanueva in a pair of five-rounders.
