NCA stages 15th derby today

MANILA, Philippines - The National Cockers Alliance holds its 15th derby today with another huge field of top aces from the country’s leading breeders and cockers clashing for top honors at the Ynares Sports Arena in Pasig.

Hosted by Gov. Claude Bautista, Efren Canlas and Jimafer Group, the event will feature more than top-caliber fights from the entries of the NCA members and invited guests, including Bong Pineda and Dan Lim.     

Meanwhile, the fight for the NCA cocker of the year honors heats up among the six leading contenders, headed by Binangonan Rolly (50.5 pts), ESM Jobo/114 RT (48.5 pts), JT Emerald/Batch 65 (48 pts), San Leonardo (46 pts), Ahluck CamSur (46 pts) and Goldquest (45.5 pts).

The NCA and UFCC Stars, on the other hand, will headline the cast in the NCA Big Event on May 30.
