Habal-habal now servicing malls

Just outside the mall. An Ear source said he was surprised when he saw a man on a motorcycle offer to take him somewhere as he left a popular mall. But the man had no ill intent; he was just a motorcycle-for-hire driver. Apparently, habal-habal drivers are no longer just content waiting in designated areas; they now actively seek out passengers the way taxis do.

Still needed. The Ear source, however, said he recognizes there are areas in the city that need this form of transport, especially the mountain barangays, since some PUJ routes stop operating after a certain time.
