Sharon Cuneta's one New Year’s resolution

MANILA, Philippines — “To continue losing weight and not gain it back,” the actress and “Your Face Sounds Familiar Kids” judge disclosed to Philstar.com.

Last month, the star gained praises for her social media post that showed off her slimmer figure. She confided in an interview with TV host Boy Abunda that she shed off at least 66 pounds through an “all-natural” method.

Her wish for the country this year is “Peace, especially in politics, which I cannot stand in the first place.”

She also hopes for a great economy and more opportunities especially for overseas Filipino workers, so they can find jobs locally and “don’t have to leave anymore.”

Her message to her fans this year?

“I love you so much and please watch out for our projects. I know you’ve been waiting, I’m sorry, it’s taken me forever. We appreciate your support, your love. At 50, I should be retiring, but I’m really here still for them.”
