With the "Flash Alerts 2" utility, owners of Android-driven smartphones can extend the function of their device's built-in LED camera flash.
Developed by MegaWave Software, the app basically allows smartdevice owners to configure the flash of their phones to light up when they either receive a call, text message or an IM notification.
Lightweight and fairly easy to configure, the app works with a variety of handsets running on Android versions 2.1 or higher.
