Santiago will help the Tornadoes retain their Grand Prix crown with returning imports Lindsay Stalzer and Ariel Usher, who played for Foton Pilipinas in the recent Asian Women's Club Volleyball Championship.
In 2014, Santiago became the first rookie draft pick when PSL introduced the drafting system. She steered Petron to the 2014 Grand Prix and 2015 All-Filipino titles.
She was named second best middle blocker in the 2014 Grand Prix and first best middle blocker in the 2015 All-Filipino Conference.
In her debut game with Petron, Santiago recorded the highest point output of any local player when she unleashed 37 markers in their five-set thriller with PLDT Home TVolution.
