Dubbed MCC Quest 4 Excellence (Q4E), the event is open only to adults, aged 18 years old and above, with NCFP ratings not over 1950.
The competition involves the participation of three national masters, one international master and one grandmaster. The tournament format consists of four stages with a side event.
