NCA derby at Ynares

MANILA, Philippines - The National Cockers Alliance (NCA) is ringing in the new year with an exciting bang with a derby on Tuesday, at the Ynares Sports Arena in Pasig.

The hosts are Osang dela Cruz and Procis Aquino, and Pol Estrellado and Arnold Mendoza.

Organizers said no entry shall submit more than two weights within the range of 1,900 to 1,950 grams for the bottom weights, and 2,400 to 2,450 grams for the top weights.

The next NCA derby is the World Championship Derby (WCD) on Jan. 14, 16, and 18.  Dubbed the Olympics of cockfighting, the WCD joins Filipino and American breeders together for three days of camaraderie and sportsmanship competition.
