Ocean Condotel opens in Subic

MANILA, Philippines - Ocean Condotel, the newest hotel in Subic, is set for soft opening next month, offering 40 appointed rooms for accommodations and 40 rooms for lease or for sale. Most of the rooms are spacious, ranging from 56.84 to 85.54 square meters, fully-furnished, and has a kitchenette equipped with the latest appliances, cable TV and free WIFI. Additional facilities such as a fitness center, spa, sauna and salon, roof deck pools, KTV bar, restaurants and a coffee shop that offers Korean and international menu will soon be put up.

Located in Dewey Ave. at the central business district of the Subic Bay Freeport Zone, the hotel is 15 minutes away from Subic International Airport, five minutes away from Subic Port and 40 minutes away from Clark International Airport. It is also near Royal Duty Free Philippines and waterfront wherein guests can opt to enjoy yachting, skin scuba, jet ski and other water sports. Golf, horseback riding or shooting range activities are also possible with the various tour programs that can be arranged by the hotel.
