MANILA, Philippines - Phinma Properties, the real estate arm of the Phinma conglomerate, logged in sales of 30 to 35 condominium units every month, 51 percent higher than the industry average of only 18 units per month.

In Phinma’s Affordabest properties, consumers receive a 30-square meter condo unit with balcony, parking slot and a two-year warranty on workmanship for a price of not more than P1.7 million. This is more affordable compared to other developers’ prices where consumers only get a cramped 18-sqm unit.
