yes, this stupidity sometimes is getting out of hand! Take a look at the Tierra Pura couple of Fred and Lita Pujeda... Because of their greed, they devised a scam targetting OFW families and balikbayans by doping them of their properties. They built few structures in Tandang Sora, QC, try to sell them to this hapless victims. Only to find out after handing over few millions of pesos as downpayment that the documents provided to them are fake. Check and consult Brgy Culiat, Kamias and Pasong Tamo for the list of complaints for their Gloria 4, Maginhawa, NIA and Jem 2 bogus projects. Christine Perez serves as the forerunner agent - pretending to be the owners but the real owners are not aware that their properties are being sold. Worse, they are unaware that their names are being used to this scam.

paki lang po sa nag sulat ng article nito... yung asawa po ni jay manalo, hindi daw xa ang humiram nun.. maaring dating gf or asawa pero hindi daw xa.. tnx po.. sana mahanap nadin yung kopya.
