MANILA, Philippines - Upang malaman umano ng mga tumutuligsa sa pagdeklara ng Marital Law ay dapat tumira ang mga ito sa Marawi City para malaman ang peligrong dulot ng mga terorista.
Ito ang sinabi ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte sa media interview sa Cagayan de Oro City kamakalawa ng gabi.
Nagbabala rin si Pangulong Duterte sa posibleng ‘ganti’ ng ISIS sa sandaling matapos na ng militar ang krisis sa lungsod na sinimulan ng Maute group at grupo ni Abu Sayyaf leader Isnilon Hapilon noong Mayo 23.
“And the retaliatory moves of the ISIS, better keep watch. I’m not saying that it’s happening, but it will happen in the near future because of the inroads of ISIS into Mindanao,” wika pa ni Pangulong Duterte.

Aniya, noong nahihirapan na ang Maute group ay humingi na sila ng tulong sa ibang terrorist group dahil nasusukol na sila ng military sa Marawi City dahil sa airstrikes at ground attacks.
“Whether you like it or not, the sentiments of a spillover there. Kaya… At saka they are escaping in all directions in Davao. So you have to keep watch and control the movements as yet. Just because the fighting has stopped in Marawi, it does not mean that we are already safe. One of these days, they will go into bombings. Eh kung magsabi sila, “Bakit sa Mindanao?” Hindi, hindi… I don’t want to insult them. But this will conduct the debriefer everyday. There’s always a bomb everyday exploding in Mindanao,” wika pa ng Pangulo.
