PAGASA: Eastern section to experience rains Monday
Luzon will also have light to moderate winds coming from the northeast to east affecting its seas, PAGASA said.

MANILA, Philippines (Philippines News Agency) — The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) forecasts rains over the eastern section of the Visayas and Mindanao.
 
These areas, according to its 5 a.m. weather bulletin, will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.
 
PAGASA also noted a high pressure area is affecting Luzon that will bring clear skies.
 
Luzon will also have light to moderate winds coming from the northeast to east, affecting its seas to be slight to moderate.
 
Other areas will similarly have slight to moderate seas due to light to moderate winds blowing from the east.
