Not only because Cholo is in showbiz, too, but because related siya kina Gretchen at Claudine Barretto, and of course sa promising actress na si Julia Barretto.

Now she is in her 12 years bilang artista. She was 16 when she joined showbiz and became a contract talent ng Kapuso. Ganun pa man, ang Mr. And Mrs Cruz daw ang kanyang biggest break, bilang bida sa isang mainstream movie.

Ryza is now under contract to Viva.

Of Mr. And Mrs, Cruz, si Sigrid Andrea Bernardo, ang nagdirek at nag-conceptualize ng movie.

According to her, ready na for filming ang Mr. and Mrs. Cruz bago pa man she was offered to direct Kita Kita, considered the surprise box-office hit of 2017, starring Alessandra de Rossi at Empoy Marquez.

But while Kita Kita was produced by Spring Films, owned by Piolo Pascual, direk Joyce Bernal and Cornerstone Talent Management head, Erick Raymundo, ang producer ng Mr. And Mrs. Cruz ay ang The IdeaFirst Company, owned naman by real life partners, direk Jun Lana and Perci Intalan.

Direk Lana’s current movie, Ang Dalawang Mrs. Reyes, starring Judy Ann Santos at Angelica Panganiban, plus Joross Gamboa and JC de Vera, is showing in theaters nationwide.

Produced by Star Cinema, Quantum Films at The IdeaFirst Company, it is not only doing well at the tilt, kung hindi pinag-uusapan pa dahil sa kakaiba at bagong tema ng pelikula.

Album ni Jose Mari, double platinum na!

Too bad, Salve A., that not all of the singers, writers, arrangers and artist whom singing icon and popular businessman Jose Mari Chan would have personally wanted to honor each with the Double Platinum Awards he had prepared for them. Yes, for their contribution for the outstanding sale of his album, Going Home To Christmas.

But his other children, Jose Antonio, Michael Philip and Francisco, were present to receive their respective awards.

Ganun din ang mag-amang Homer Flores and Moy Mortiz and The Company na pawang mga awardees all.

Pati na sina Jun Latonio and Kitchy Molina. Plus, other more.

To Christmas noong 2012, the album has sold, 30,000 copies.

Well, again, from Jose Mari, he has been in the music business for the last 50 years.

“And still counting,” nakangiting susog pa ni Jose Mari.
