Christian nag-audition bago nakasama sina Sarah at John Lloyd

Hindi inililihim ni Christian Bables, best supporting actor winner ng Gawad Urian para sa kanyang role na transgender in Die Beautiful, the movie which also won for Paolo Ballesteros the best actor trophy in the same award-gi­ving body, that he had to submit to an audition, bago niya nakuha ang role na kanyang ginagampanan sa reunion movie, Finally Found Someone, nina John Lloyd Cruz at Sarah Geronimo.

Tagahanga raw siya both nina John Lloyd and Sarah, who were extra kind to him and the rest of the cast habang ginagawa ang pelikula.

Dati raw kasi, tinatanong niya sa kanyang sarili, kapag pinapanood niya sina John Lloyd at Sarah, together man o individually, sa TV o pelikula, kung anong klaseng tao ang mga ito behind the cameras.

He calls John Lloyd and Sarah, Kuya and Ate, respectively.

When Christian guested in Boy Abunda’s late night show, Tonight With Boy Abunda (TWBA), guess who accompanied him.

“Si Kuya John Lloyd,” ang maliksing sagot ni Christian.

Finally Found Someone, directed by Theodore Borobol and co-produced by Star Cinema and Viva Films, will premiere Monday, July 24, sa Megamall.

It is set to open in 200 theaters or even more sa July 26, which, by the way, is Sarah’s birthday.

Dick may frustration kay Aga!

To date, frustrated pa rin pala ang nagbabalik-TV via the series, Wansapanataym Presents : Amazing Ving, na si Roderick Paulate, now Quezon City councilor, sa dapat sana’y plano ng the late comedy cum box-office director Wenn Deramas, na pagtambalin sila ng aktor na si Aga Muhlach sa isang pelikula.

Ito ay noong panahon ng kasikatan ng Oki Doki Doc, kung saan gumaganap si Dick na closet gay na secretly in love with his veterinarian best friend, si Aga, sa isang pelikula.

With them then in Oki Doc…, directed by Johnny Manahan, were Agot Isidro, Claudine Barretto, then child star pa lamang na si Camille Prats, and the late comedian, Babalu.

“Tapos na ang script ng pelikula, ang naging problema, super busy noon si Aga.

“Until naging super busy both naman kami ni direk Wenn,” pagbabalik-alaala ni Coun. Dick.

Well, sa kanyang pagbabalik-showbiz, via the hit series every Sunday, Wansapanataym, Councilor Roderick is happy that in the story assigned to him, he plays Dad to Awra,  yes, the break-out child actor, na gaganap na baklang superhero.

He is reunited with Carmi Martin sa nasa­bing palabas kung saan marami siyang ginagawang projects na ito ang katambal.

They play parents ni Ving (Awra), nag-agree sila ni Carmi na waring nakikita niya ang sarili kay Awra when he was ka-age ng child star.

Kung sabagay, ayon kay Awra, talagang peg niya raw si Councilor as a performer. Comedy cum gay performer.

Ang guess who advised Awra na gayahin ang pag-arte ni councilor nang malaman na nilang gaganap nga siyang baklitang superhero?

Si Coco Martin, na nagpasikat kay Awra sa FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano.

Speaking of Kisses and Marco, they have started shooting na rin daw for their first movie together, Loving  Tandem, co-starring them with fellow PBB Dream Team ‘graduates,’ Maymay Entrata and Edward Barber.

Na-assign din silang  VJs (video jocks) sa popular music channel, MYX.
