3 nabbed for drugs in Manila

MANILA, Philippines - Despite orders from President Duterte and the Philippine National Police to stop conducting drug stings, police officers arrested three men in Tondo, Manila Friday night.

Domingo Natural, 44; Elmer Dingal, 40, and Elmer Aulestia, 38, were caught with six sachets said to contain shabu by police officers from the Manila Police District’s Station 1 along Banaba Alley off C.P. Garcia street at past 10 p.m.

Police said they validated a text message from a resident of Clariben Compound in Moriones, saying drug users and pushers were still active in the area.
