Life has been kind to 13-year-old Bailey May, after his stint sa Bahay Ni Kuya, as one of the contestants in the Pinoy Big Brother (PBB) 737 Teen Edition. He found a ka-love team in fellow PBB 737 housemate, Ylona Garcia, 15.
They are now commonly known as the BaiLona loveteam.
Many predict, that in time, the BaiLona as a tandem will become as popular as the KathNiel, LizQuen, and JaDine.
As a team, mayroon nang series ang dalawa. Regular na silang napapanood sa top rating series na On The Wings of Love (OTWOL), kasama sina James Reid at Nadine Lustre.
As a duo pa rin, madalas silang napapanood sa It’s Showtime at ASAP Live. Mahusay silang both na singer ang dancer.
But between them, mas mauunang makikilala bilang recording star si Bailey, since Star Records has already released his self-titled album, one of the cute included is the theme song of the BaiLona, Gusto Kita.
Bailey and Ylona have starred as a pair in a short film, titled Trending Love, with no less than Cathy Garcia Molina as their director.
“In time,” said Bailey. “I hope to have a movie. Na siyempre pa, with Ylona as my leading lady.
“She is as hardworking as I am.”
By the way, when we asked Bailey kung kumusta na ang relasyon nila ni Barbie Imperial, fellow PBB 737 housemate niya at una niyang naging crush kesa kay Ylona, ang maliksing sagot niya. “We are friends.”
Barbie, who is 16, and a star material, too, has herself appeared so far, as the teenage Liza Soberano in the film Everyday I Love You, and the katatapos na series, All of Me.
