Robin binisita ng isa pang panganay galing Amerika!

Guess who is in town, Salve A., the reason why Robin Padilla looked so awfully happy at the recent finals ng kanyang talent show na Ta­lentadong Pinoy, on TV5?

Well, his daughter by former actress, Lea Orosa, 24-year-old Camille. Father and son have not seen each other for years, as Camille, when she was younger, left for the U.S. with her mom. But they kept in touch, ayon kay Robin.

His daughter, ani Robin sa ilang members of the entertainment press na nag-interview sa kanya, ay nag-ipon daw ng pamasahe, para lang makauwi siya ng Pilipinas, at ma-greet ang father niya sa katatapos nitong birthday.

Suffice to say, Camille had the chance to meet her half-sister, Kylie Padilla, who is in Manila, dahil nga nag-aartista ito. The rest of Kylie’s siblings are with their mom, Liezl Sicangco in Australia.

It was Camille’s first time rin na ma-meet in person si Mariel Rodriguez, Robin’s current wife.

Kris kulang pa rin daw ang buhay!

Asked during the presscon for Kris Aquino’s Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF) entry for this year, Feng Shui 2, if there’s anything more she could ask for, lalo na ngayong Christmas, na inisip ng karamihan na nasa kanya na ang lahat, Kris said: ‘‘Meron pa.’’

And that would include, although she refused to articulate it, a man would love her and, in return, she would love, too.

She insinuated, though, na next year, she has something to announce na may kinalaman sa kanyang private life.

At the moment though, she’d rather not discuss it, as she is busy promoting Feng Shui, kung saan first time niyang makakasama si Coco Martin.

Produced by Star Cinema and Kris Aquino Film Production, na pag-aari ni Kris, Feng Shui 2, si Chito Roño uli ang direktor ng nasa­bing pelikula tulad noong naunang Feng Shui.

Kris describes this new Feng Shui as bigger and more expensive, in production cost, than the first one. Definitely too, mas horrifying and suspenseful ito.

While Direk Chito has retained daw the dreadful characters in the original, Lotus feet, specifically, may mga bago siyang tauhan na idinagdag na lalo pang magiging dahilan para maging lalong katakut-takot itong sequel ng pelikula.

At na-retain din ang bagwa, na dahil sa karanasan niyang (Kris), kumbaga, malevolent when it was still in her possession, sinadya niyang durugin ito at itapon.

Kaya, imagine her surprise when she learned that the same bagwa was now in the possession of the character played by Coco na si Lester.

Well, nakatitiyak daw siya, ani Direk Chito, ng kakaibang terror na puwedeng maranasan ng manonood, as Kris and Coco joined hands to get rid of the bagwa.

Actually, there are three entries na mga horror-suspense ang tema in this year’s MMFF.

Aside nga rito sa Feng Shui 2, nandiyan din ang 15th installment ng Shake, Rattle and Roll. And of course, Kubot: The Aswang Chronicles 2.

If you have the means, wika nga, try to watch all three, bagama’t may iba pang film entries na hindi horror in genre na worth watching, tulad ng The Amazing Praybeyt Benjamin, English Only, Please, Bonifacio: Ang Unang Pangulo, Muslim Magnum .357, at My Big Bossing.

The MMFF starts December 25. Ang awards night naman is on December 27.
