Be thankful everyday
No matter what life brings, we should always be thankful to God. Waking up every morning and be able to witness the grandeur of life is more than enough reason to thank the Lord.
Just recently, I had my whole abdominal CT scan. Prior to that I prayed for a good result. And God gave me what I asked for. I count this as one of my blessings. God truly answers prayer. There are times though that we are beset with problems, pains and struggle but that should not stop us from thanking the Lord. These unfavorable circumstances are still blessings because it’s God's way of testing our faith and trust in Him. We only need to be persistent in our prayer.

You can feel your heart beat after going for a walk or run.
You can send a loved one an encouraging text message to brighten their day.
No matter what your trials, you are luckier than many you know.
