Luxury living in San Juan

OH YES, IT'S JOHNNY! - Johnny Litton - The Philippine Star

Now ready for occupancy on Wilson Street in San Juan City is  One86 at Wilson, a 10-story luxury boutique condominium that captures the style of pre-World War II Art Deco. The buildings and apartments in those times were really luxurious. The genteel elegance of that era is what graces the interiors of One86 at Wilson — from the stylish lobby and hallways with touches of Philippine wood, to the customized railings and doors. This boutique condominium is the flagship development of 186 Wilson Realty Inc. headed by president and CEO Brenda Ngo.

The recently inaugurated condominium is a cut above the rest with its well-ventilated wide hallways and only four elegantly spacious high-ceiling units to a floor. Future residents of One86 will definitely experience low-density luxury living at an upscale address reserved for a few. A sky deck, three-level basement parking, a health and fitness gym count among its many amenities.  The venture is a short stretch away from Greenhills and the booming Ortigas business district as well as premium hospitals and prestigious schools.

Present at the ribbon-cutting ceremony were San Juan City Mayor Guia Gomez, EEG Development Corp. president and CEO Eduardo Gonzalez, ACT-CIS party-list Rep. Samuel Pagdilao, Grace Gobing and Victor Ngo

Congratulations to Brenda Ngo and 186 Wilson Realty Inc.!

Of beautiful & lasting friendships

The opulent residence of the well-loved couple Eddie and Grace Gobing was the venue of the get-together party of the latest Best Dressed Women of the Philippines awardees.

It was a reunion organized by the awardees themselves to keep the warm glow of friendship going. The couple proved to be excellent hosts, the ambiance impeccable and the cuisine excellent that led to a wonderful evening.
