Cheers to Porcelanosa!

OH YES, IT'S JOHNNY! - Johnny Litton - The Philippine Star

After opening its doors to the Philippine market a little over two years ago, Casa Europa Inc., the exclusive distributor of Porcelanosa Grupo, has proven itself to be a leading supplier of world-class building materials for residential, commercial and leisure projects in the country.

In its desire to say “thank you” to its loyal customers, architects and interior designers, Casa Europa hosted an intimate affair recently at the Vask Champagne room. Over 60 guests enjoyed free-flowing modernized Spanish tapas, cava and wines.

It was an elegant yet fun and relaxed evening that gave the members of the Porcelanosa family, including three of their principals flying in from Spain, a chance to meet with their loyal patrons in a social gathering.

(The Porcelanosa showroom is located at the Mezzanine of The Infinity Tower at 26th Street, Bonifacio Global City. For more information, e-mail [email protected], visit Porcelanosa PH on Facebook or call 519-3515.)

A remarkable success

Caruso Ristorante Italiano, one of Makati’s finest Italian restaurants, achieved a remarkable feat as it was recently given the Plaque of Hospitality award by the Italian Chamber of Commerce in the Philippines Inc. (ICCPI). The said award certifies the authenticity and quality of Caruso’s food, wine, hospitality and ambiance.

An intimate gathering was held at the top-notch restaurant where everyone was treated to a sumptuous array of authentic Italian dishes and wines. Highlighting the affair was the presentation of the award by Italian Ambassador Massimo Roscigno, ICCPI president Alessandro Abbate and vice president Nuccio Saverio to restaurant owners Dario Gardini and Emilio Mina.

Guests seen at the event were distinguished personalities from the government, business and social circles including former senator Ed Angara, former Ilocos Sur governor Chavit Singson, Agnes Roscigno of Italy and Caruso Ristorante Italiano-Boracay partner Hans Demetz.

Congratulations and more power to Dario, Emilio and team!
