President Rodrigo Duterte did not just slam his predecessor, Benigno Aquino III, once, but twice.
Upon his return to Marawi City, where troops are locked in a months-long battle with Islamic State-affiliated terrorists, Duterte said Aquino's criticism of his administration banner war on drugs was insulting.
