WATCH: Justin Bieber's first public appearance since canceling tour

Justin Bieber made his first pubic appearance since canceling the rest of his world tour. He was seen at a party in Los Angeles.

In July, the Canadian pop star canceled remaining shows of his Purple World Tour "due to unforeseen circumstances."

Earlier this week, Bieber explained his decision in a statement some fans saw as a reference to his recent active participation at the Hillsong Church.

"I've learned the more you appreciate your calling the more you want to protect your calling," he wrote on Instagram. "Me taking this time right now is me saying I want to be SUSTAINABLE... so that I can be the man I want to be, the husband I eventually want to be, and the father I want to be." — Video courtesy of ET
