Representatives from the Duterte administration faced the United Nations Human Rights Council on May 11 in Geneva, Switzerland, addressing international concern on human rights in the Philippines and defending the government's brutal war on drugs.

In this video, Deputy Executive Secretary Menardo Guevarra, who heads the delegation to the Universal Periodic Review, says the anti-drug campaign is to benefit the "majority" of Filipinos, falling short of acknowledging universal application of human rights. His address was during the adoption of recommendations of countries to stop killings in the drug war.
