WATCH: Diño outlines Duterte’s anti-crime program
MANILA, Philippines – Former Partido Demokratiko Pilipino-Lakas ng Bayan’s (PDP-Laban) standard bearer and current secretary general Martin Diño on Tuesday evening revealed what will transpire during the six months of Davao City Mayor Rodrigo “Rody” Duterte’s administration if elected as the country’s president.
Diño said Duterte will prioritize eliminating criminality including drug problems as well as bringing back the death penalty.
“Uunahin namin ang mga drug lord, pero ‘yung mga adik ipapagamot natin ‘yan hindi papatayin ‘yan iparerehab natin ‘yan. Kamukha niyan sa Davao si Mayor mayroon siyang nakalaan na pera para sa pagpapagamot ng mga adik,” Diño said in an interview with Philstar.com.
