Pacquiao-Algieri fight tops trending events for 2014
MANILA, Philippines – Sports events dominated the list of most searched events in Google for this year.
According to Google, seven out of 10 in the list are sports affairs and majority are boxing matches. Father’s Day 2014, meanwhile, took the 6th spot on the list, surpassing the star-studded "Oscars 2014" and the controversial fashion show, "The Naked Truth."
The list was topped by "Pacquiao vs. Algieri,” which happened just last month at the Cotai Arena of The Venetian Macao in Macau, China.
