It is a decision that requires, money, time and a lot of research to gather information about the place.To help you with the decision, 247WallSt.com published the 10 most liveable countries around the globe. The countries on the list were chosen based on the recent Human Development Index by the United Nations Development Programme, which looks at three factors - having a long and healthy life, being knowledgeable, and having a good standard of living.
