Arroyos shine in ICTSI-JGFP

MANILA, Philippines - Monique Arroyo fashioned out a big victory in Class D while sister Mika took runner-up honors in Class C in the third leg of the ICTSI-JGFP school season golf tournament recently.

Representing Assumption College, Monique bested her rivals to capture the crown in the 9-10 age category while Mika finished second in the 10-11 section of the event conducted by The Junior Golfers League.

The young Arroyos, daughters of former Rep. Mikey and Angela Arroyo and granddaughters of former President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo, have competed in a number of international events.
