Transport group Pinagkaisang Samahan ng mga Tsuper at Opereytor Nationwide or Piston would stage a strike on Wednesday to protest the government’s "Tanggal Bulok, Tanggal Usok" campaign. The campaign which aims to rid the streets of Metro Manila of old and smoke-belching jeepneys is part of the government's jeepney modernization program.
