1 dead, 1 hurt in road mishap

Initial investigation showed the motorcycle of security guard Michael Domingo, 33, rear-ended the tricycle driven by Marjoran Manuel.

TUGUEGARAO, Cagayan  , Philippines  —  A tricycle driver died while a motorcycle rider suffered serious injuries when their vehicles collided in Barangay 21 San Marcos, Sarrat, Ilocos Norte on Friday night. 

Initial investigation showed the motorcycle of security guard Michael Domingo, 33, rear-ended the tricycle driven by Marjoran Manuel.

The victims were taken to the Dingras District Hospital, where Manuel was pronounced dead on arrival.
