Teacher faces raps for sexual abuse

LA TRINIDAD, Benguet , Philippines  – A public school teacher is in hot water after a 14-year-old student accused him of sexual abuse.

Accompanied by his father, the victim reported to the police on Tuesday that Dexter Martinez of the Sta. Marcela National High School followed and attempted to kiss her at the toilet of the faculty room on Aug. 10.

She said Martinez also asked her to bring a folder to his house at around noon on the same day, during which he embraced and mashed her breasts.
