1 dead, 3 hurt in Cagayan road mishap

TUGUEGARAO, Cagayan , Philippines  – A man died and two others were injured when their motorcycles collided in Barangay Rapuli, Sta. Ana, Cagayan on Tuesday.

Rogelio Tapon Sr., 70, was pronounced dead on arrival in a hospital, where his grandson, Jymen Guillermo, 16; Johnny Ulmagan and Michael Santiago were also taken for treatment.

It was learned that Umagan had no driver’s license while Tapon’s license had expired.

In Mountain Province, 16 persons were injured when a passenger jeepney rolled over in Sitio Mangnao, Barangay Saliok, Natonin also on Tuesday. – Raymund Catindig, Artemio Dumlao, Emmanuel Tupas
