Fire breaks out in Manila

MANILA, Philippines – A fire struck a commercial building in Sta. Ana, Manila yesterday morning.

Arson probers said the fire broke out at the compound of C.B. Enterprises Towing and Trucking Services owned by Cecilia Barangay at around 6 a.m.

The Bureau of Fire Protection said the blaze was caused by an overheated electric fan of one of the employees.

Firefighters prevented the fire from spreading to nearby houses.

No one was reported injured in the incident.
