4 Koreans rescued off Ilocos Sur

VIGAN CITY, Philippines – Four Koreans have been rescued from a damaged yacht off Barangay Sabang in Cabugao, Ilocos Sur. 

The hull of Lady Allia, which was on its way to Subic in Zambales from South Korea, was damaged when it hit a boulder on an islet on Wednesday, according to the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG). 

Ensign Allan Escano, PCG-Ilocos Sur chief, said no one among the Korean tourists were hurt.
