Power outage to hit Camarines, Ifugao, Nueva Vizcaya

MANILA, Philippines – Camarines Norte, Nueva, Vizcaya and Ifugao will experience a power interruption today.

The towns of Lamut, Lagawe, Hingyon, banaue, Mayayao, Hungduan, Tinoc and Asipulo in Ifugao and Villaverde, Diadi, Quezon, Solano and Bagbag in Nueva Vizcaya will be affected by the 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. power outage.

The power outage will pave the way for annual maintenance works at the Lagawe substation in Ifugao and the Bayombong-Lagawe 69-kiloVolt line in Nueva Vizcaya.

A 10-hour blackout will be experienced in Camarines Norte.

Only the towns of  Paracale and Jose Panganiban will be spared from the power outage, according to the National Grid Corp. of the Philippines.
