List of candidates for Mindanao judges out

MANILA, Philippines – The Judicial and Bar Council (JBC) yesterday released the names of candidates vying for the position of Regional Trial Court (RTC) judges in the Zamboanga Peninsula, Northern Mindanao, Davao, and Soccsksargen (South Cotabato, Cotabato, Sultan Kudarat, Sarangani and General Santos).

The JBC said there are 55 candidates being considered for the RTC posts in the four regions.

The vacancies included four in Zamboanga RTCs, seven in Northern Mindanao, 19 in Davao and five in Soccsksargen.

The JBC advised the public to submit sworn statements or file a report should they are against any of the candidates.
