Roel Pareño - The Philippine Star

ZAMBOANGA CITY, Philippines – Two children were wounded in two grenade explosions in Basilan on Monday night.

The victims were identified as Suraini Aiman Manisan and her brother Ahmad Aiman.

Superintendent Gerome Afuyug, Isabela police station chief, said unidentified men lobbed the grenades in front of the house of Hadji Samir Manisan, chairman of Barangay Buku Tumus in Tabuan Lasa town.

Police are looking at a personal grudge as the motive for the attack.
