Iloilo gets new ambulances

MANILA, Philippines - The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) has turned over seven new ambulances to Iloilo.

Jose Ferdinand Rojas II, PCSO general manager, led the turnover of the ambulances to the towns of Batad, Mina, Zarraga, New Lucena, Leganes, Barotac Viejo and Santa Barbara.

Rojas said 112 ambulances were distributed to various local government units, municipal health offices and government hospitals in the first quarter of the year.

 The PCSO donated a total of 700 ambulances last year.
