Fugitive nabbed in Batangas

CAMP VICENTE LIM, Laguna, Philippines – A man who has been on the run for four years was arrested in Tanauan, Batangas on Monday.

Reynaldo Organo was collared in Barangay Sambat at 4:15 p.m. based on the warrant issued by Regional Trial Court Branch 6 Judge Arcadio Manigbas.

Organo was accused of killing his friend during a drinking spree in Barangay Trapiche on March 12, 2012.

Inspector Mary Ann Torres, Batangas police spokesperson, said Organo assumed various names to elude arrest.
