LIVE List: Class suspensions for October 20

MANILA, Philippines – Although Typhoon “Lando” weakened and the weather bureau has lowered some public storm warning signals, some areas in Luzon remained flooded, prompting suspension of classes on Tuesday.

Some local government units earlier declared cancelation of classes as some provinces have already declared a state of calamity.
