6 Caraga cops test positive for drugs

BUTUAN CITY, Philippines – Six members of the Agusan del Sur police tested positive in a drug test conducted recently by the Caraga regional police office.

This was revealed by Agusan del Sur police director Senior Superintendent Joseph Plaza during a command conference in this city over the weekend.

Plaza refused to identify the police officers, saying he would consult first with the legal department of the Police Regional Office 13 (PRO-13). He said the six officers have been transferred to Camp Rafael Rodriguez. 

Chief Superintendent Vert Tinio Chavez, PRO-13 director, said the officers would undergo investigation.
