Woman, daughters hurt in gun attack

COTABATO CITY, Philippines – A woman and her two daughters were wounded when gunmen strafed their house in Katamlanan, Sultan Kudarat Sunday night. 

Jehan Lasebal and her children Johaira, 10, and Baitukol, 7, were rushed to the hospital by village watchmen for treatment of gunshot wounds.

Investigators said the victims were asleep when the attack occurred.

Police are clueless on the identities of the gunmen and the motive for the attack.
