Dead man found inside MWSS compound in QC

MANILA, Philippines - A suspected salvage victim was found inside the compund of the Metropolitan Waterworks and Sewerage System (MWSS) in Quezon City, Thursday dawn.

Police said the the body of the man was discovered inside the MWSS compound in Barangay Pansol, Balara district. The man, wearing a white T-shirt and a pair of shorts, was believed to be in his 30s.

The victim's head was wrapped with a garbage bag and packaging tape.

Crime scene investigators said that the victim has a wound on the side of his body.

Barangay officials believe that the man was killed somewhere else and was just dumped in their area.
