Foreigner in Tuguegarao drug buy-bust a Nigerian

TUGUEGARAO CITY, Philippines – The foreigner who fell in a drug buy-bust here last Friday was not an American but a Nigerian who carried a fake US passport and other documents.

Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency regional chief Juvenal Azurin told The STAR that Scoec Bosco is actually Oliver Eziechiam Justice, who is suspected to be part of an international Nigerian drug ring. Suspected shabu worth P1.75 million was seized from him.

Azurin said Justice admitted his real identity during his inquest.
